Cemetery mapping — service terms
Review draft · Not a paid service order
Inquiries and service orders
Submitting an inquiry allows Skylens to respond and coordinate a demo or proposal. It does not place a paid order or confirm a calendar booking. Service scope, pricing and delivery dates require an agreed proposal.
Mapping and digitization
The proposal defines the mapping area, source material, deliverables, record quantities, formats and acceptance process. The cemetery appoints an authorized representative to approve record-to-location associations and resolve discrepancies.
Local or cloud deployment
The customer chooses local or cloud deployment. The proposal defines the operating environment, permissions, licensing, hosting and support.
Periodic updates
Update frequency is agreed with the cemetery. The cemetery supplies burial records and locations; Skylens documents them and adds the information to the database and interface within the agreed scope and schedule.
Optional data backup
A data backup service can be added. Storage location, backup frequency, retention period, restore testing, responsibilities and cost are specified in the proposal. Installation alone does not activate this optional service.
Data, permissions and export
The customer provides material they are authorized to share and identifies authorized users. Deliverables, usage rights, export formats and arrangements at the end of service are defined in the agreement.
Inquiry details
Contact information and inquiry details are stored in the Skylens CRM to handle the request and coordinate service. Marketing updates require the separate optional consent. For questions, access or deletion requests, contact guy.skylens@gmail.com. Project databases are transferred through a separately agreed channel.
