Skylens Viewer demo request terms

1. Acceptance and scope

By checking the consent box and submitting the form, you confirm that you have read these terms and agree that your details may be used to handle your request. If you do not agree, do not submit the form.

Submitting a request does not automatically create an account, guarantee acceptance to a pilot, constitute a purchase, or create a commercial commitment. A demo, pilot, or paid service may be governed by a separate order or agreement.

2. Purpose of contact

Skylens may use your details to assess fit, arrange a call or demonstration, propose a relevant pilot path, and document follow-up in its CRM.

We may contact you by email, phone, or WhatsApp about the requested demo, pilot, and directly related follow-up. We will not subscribe you to unrelated marketing communications without separate consent.

3. Information collected

Skylens is responsible for information collected through this form. You are not legally required to provide it; without the required fields, we cannot handle your demo request.

The submission may store your name, email, phone number, company, country, role, evaluation goal, selected data types, the description you provide, campaign and landing-page attribution, and limited technical data such as browser information and a hashed IP address.

To manage the demo, we also record the request time, access-grant time, first and latest material-upload times, latest login time, and account deactivation or access-end time when those events are received from the Viewer.

Page-progression events are stored to measure the funnel. Do not enter passwords, access codes, survey files, sensitive information, or another person's personal information in this form.

4. Permitted demo use

If demo access is approved, it is provided to upload the selected data and internally evaluate Skylens Viewer. You must not bypass access controls, attempt to access projects that are not yours, share credentials, copy or reverse-engineer the service, or use the demo for unlawful activity.

You are responsible for ensuring that you own, license, or otherwise have authority to upload and process every item you provide. Do not upload information whose confidentiality, sensitivity, or license terms are unsuitable for a demo environment.

5. Ownership and materials

Skylens retains its rights in the platform, design, software, and demo materials. Submitting the request does not transfer ownership of your materials to Skylens and does not grant Skylens a license to project materials that have not been provided under an agreed pilot.

6. Demo period, inactivity, and deletion

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the demo workspace and uploaded material remain available for up to 30 days from the date access is granted. The demo is not a backup service; you are responsible for retaining an original copy of every item.

If the system detects no login to the demo account for 30 consecutive days, or when the demo period ends, Skylens may deactivate or delete the demo user and the material uploaded to it, subject to applicable law and any other written agreement. This supports data protection and allows limited demo capacity to be reassigned to other applicants.

The CRM record of the request, consent, and operational events may be retained separately for documentation, security, and legal-compliance purposes under the retention section below.

7. Professional limits and availability

The Viewer presents, organizes, and shares spatial evidence. It does not replace a licensed surveyor, engineering opinion, safety review, or independent validation of source-data accuracy.

A demo may change, be limited, or be discontinued. Do not rely on it as a production system until an appropriate agreement defines scope, permissions, availability, and data retention.

8. Retention, access, and deletion

Information is retained only as long as needed to handle the request, document the relationship, or meet a legal obligation. Access is limited to Skylens personnel and service providers needed to operate the website, CRM, hosting, and communications.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or an end to future contact using the details below. A request does not affect processing that was lawful before it was received, and limited information may be retained where law or a legitimate operational requirement requires it.

9. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, subject to mandatory law. Skylens may update these terms; the version applicable to your request is the version shown when you submit the form and recorded with your consent.
